Transfection-ready DNA는 mammalian cell transfection을 포함한 분자생물학적 실험에 즉시 사용할 수 있는 고순도 DNA입니다.

Addgene이 보유한 CRISPR, imaging, sensor, reporter, and gene expression plasmids 등 다양한 종류의 DNA를 이용하실 수 있습니다.

모든 제품은 Addgene의 품질 관리 절차를 거치며, next-generation sequencing을 통해 검증됩니다.

Quality Control

Transfection-Ready DNA preps are verified by next-generation sequencing to confirm plasmid identity, sequence integrity, and the absence of DNA contaminants. Concentration is confirmed to be within ±2.5% of the stated concentration prior to shipping.

Addgene has validated our production process to consistently yield endotoxin levels below 1.0 EU/µg (Figure 1). Individual lots are not tested for endotoxin.
