Quick-DNA/RNA Kits는 Quick -DNA/RNA 기술에 독자적인 보존 및 용해 기술인 DNA/RNA Shield와 Proteinase K를 추가하여 세포, 고형 조직, 전혈 등 모든 생물학적 시료에서 쉽고 안정적이며 신속하게 DNA와 RNA를 분리할 수 있도록 설계되었습니다. 이 키트는 Zymo-Spin column 기술을 사용하여 고품질의 genome DNA와 총 RNA를 추출하며, 추출된 DNA와 RNA는 reverse transcription, microarray, sequencing 등 모든 후속 분석에 바로 사용할 수 있습니다.

Universal Sample Compatibility

The Quick-DNA/RNA™ Plus technology is universal and accommodates any sample input including cultured cells, any tissue, blood, tough-to-lyse samples, etc.

Highest Yields

DNA and total RNA recovery is higher using the QuickDNA/RNA™ Microprep Plus kit compared to a Supplier Q kit. Nucleic acids were extracted from 50K HeLa cells (n=2).

Single-Cell Detection

HeLa cells were titrated down to a single cell, and DNA and total RNA were extracted using the Quick-DNA/RNA™ Microprep Plus kit. Analysis by RT-qPCR shows high linear recovery of DNA & RNA down to the single-cell level (n=2).
